Privacy Policy

Noche de Amor (“we,” “our,” or “the event”) is the annual fundraiser celebration presented by Amor Collective & E.L.L.A, held at Monroe Street Abbey in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, purchase tickets, or apply to participate, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide directly — when you complete an application (Guest Designers, Hair & Makeup Artist Team, Backstage Team, Stylist Team, Paparazzi Pit Team, or Sponsorships) or contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and portfolio or social links.
• Ticket purchase information — tickets are sold through Eventbrite. When you buy a ticket, Eventbrite collects your information under its own privacy policy and shares attendee details with us so we can manage admission to the event.
• Automatically collected information — like most websites, basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited, approximate location) may be collected through standard analytics and cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How We Use Your Information

• To review and respond to applications and inquiries.
• To manage ticketing, admission, and event communications.
• To share updates about Noche de Amor and future events, where you have opted in.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
