User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of the Noche de Amor website, operated for the annual fundraiser celebration presented by Amor Collective & E.L.L.A at Monroe Street Abbey in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Use of This Website

• You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.
• All content on this site — including the Noche de Amor name, logos, photography, and text — is the property of the event organizers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Tickets

Tickets for Noche de Amor (Sunday, October 25, 2026) are sold through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite’s terms of service. Admission, scheduling, and event details — including the event running from 5:30 PM to 9 PM — are subject to change; material changes will be communicated to ticket holders. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, all ticket sales are final and benefit the fundraiser’s charitable proceeds.

Applications & Participation

Submitting an application (Guest Designers, Hair & Makeup Artist Team, Backstage Team, Stylist Team, Paparazzi Pit Team, or Sponsorships) does not guarantee selection. Selected participants will be contacted directly and may be asked to agree to additional terms specific to their role.

Photography & Media

Noche de Amor is a photographed and filmed event. By attending, you acknowledge that your likeness may appear in event photography and video used for promotional and archival purposes.

Disclaimers & Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizers are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or attendance at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
